We had an excellent experience working with GBE! This was for my daughters Quinceanera. From the earliest planning stages through the day of the event, Jillian was organized, responsive, and incredibly detail-oriented. They made sure every aspect of the event stayed on track and that all the moving pieces came together smoothly and beautifully! One of the most valuable contributions was their management of vendor communications. She proactively coordinated with vendors, handled follow-ups, and resolved questions before they became issues, which significantly reduced stress and allowed us to focus on enjoying the event. Jillian was the BEST coordinator we could’ve ever gotten. We booked her to be our day of coordinator, I (the bride) was getting ready from the start, but Jillian kept coming in to update me and reassure me that everything was going to plan! When the wedding started, everything looked EXACTLY how we pictured it to be. And the entire day stayed on schedule and went super smoothly because of Jillian.
